The registration fee includes:
- Single-room accommodation (bedroom with king-size or 2 separate beds) at Park Hotel Moskva with a wonderful panorama of Sofia city. All rooms are located at high floors at the conference hotel and all rooms are with breakfast included;
- Five buffet lunches (19 - 23 June) at the hotel restaurant;
- Coffee breaks
Registration fee payment:
Registration fee can be paid by direct bank transfer to the Institute of Astronomy in Bulgaria or by PayPal with a debit card with 10% service charge.

Financial support:
The workshop organizers provide a limited number of registration grants for students and postdocs who wish to present a contributed talk. Grant applications can be submitted from the opening of the early bird registration (May 3) to the end of the early bird registration (May 17). The candidates will be informed for the status of their funding request (granted or not) by May 19. In order to apply for the conference grant the applicants have to send their CV and abstract to
SOC and LOC. All grant applicants are eligible to pay early bird registration fee during the regular registration period (i.e. by May 31) in case their funding request will not be granted.
