I came here for the annual boil Fest. Both were delicious and perfect for a warm summer evening. I plan to check it out too soon!Came here with the group of six colleagues and had a deliciously warm and inviting experience in this restaurant. We were happy to know that we arrived during happy hour! The chicken was too salty and so was the egg benedict. Nothing stood out.

I've had expensive scallops before, but there was a wow factor involved. Platters and presentation were generally outstanding, but the majority of the food was "good," not "great." We ate on the rooftop which has a more casual menu than the indoor restaurant. Beautiful location, with cozy rooftop bar.

Ashley is an awesome server! The snapper ceviche, smoked fish salad, and steamed mussels were all high quality excellence, but that martini was the stuff of dreams.I'm dying to visit the outdoor seating now that summer has arrived in Minnesota. Midnight to 4 a.m., 4 to 8 a.m., 8 to 12 n, 12 n to 4 p.m., 4 to 8 p.m., and 8 to midnight. No offer to get additional dressing. We sat at the bar drinking those amazing martinis and eating a few appetizers cozied around by the crowd from Holidazzle. For drinks, the Moscow mule was perfection--even the ginger beer was made in house. The bartender was awesomely attentive yet allowed my friend and I time to chat without interruption. No wow here. We shared the oyster flight which comes with four oysters each with different flavors. We visited 4 Bells after a walk around Holidazzle in the cold of winter. Everything was well plated and delicious. The restaurant/bar is sleek and intimate. Being from Memphis I was skeptical it would be anything close to southern but was completely shocked it was actually pretty spot on. Great ambience,  dimly lit, fun crowd and good customer service. She was very attentive even though she had several customers and making drinks for other waiters. The crab cakes were small portions and too crusty. Food cold . I told the waitress, that the beet salad was lacking in dressing.
