I came to Edmonton for a three day trip. This blend of one year old mixed-fermen barrels was lightly dry hopped with the French hops Mistral and Barbe Rouge.

I felt every meal I...I didn’t know this neighbourhood or this amazing restaurant existed. It was then aged for 9 months in fresh Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. Biera is part of the brewery attached to the restaurant and you can see the brewery through the glass walls. We’ve been meaning to try them out for the past month or two but M and I couldn’t get our schedules aligned until a recent Friday evening.
