Anyone who has to drive to the main area of the island would have a very difficult time parking any time of year (literally) and pay expensive fees.
This condo has gated entry and an elevator for guest use.NOTE: Parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. Community amenities include a private community pool, an outdoor hot tub that is heated year-round, and a community picnic area.Brass Rail 208 is a second floor, corner unit and features a private patio with a covered seating area. !We had a great visit to Tybee Island.
