Service has always been friendly and attentive. As we perused the menu, we noticed the steak prices were pretty much on par with other high end steak restaurants so imagine our surprise when we ordered a ribeye and filet and discovered the prices actually include a starter salad as well as sides...Visited for dinner one night whilst staying in West Seattle. My husband would recommend the steak salad. We got there relatively early so we got in right away. JaK's is good for a West Seattle restaurant. With a very standard menu, mushy salad and safeway style ingredients i feel this is a place to avoid. They also give you fresh bread to eat with salad. The French onion soup was delicious. JaK's Grill is a neighborhood steakhouse that has always featured aged Nebraska steaks and other select item's including our award winning 1/2 lb.

The stairs were so dark that I had to take them one at a time and really pay attention. We leave the A la Carte menu's to the big boys! My go to is usually the Jak's Burger or their Steak Sandwich.
