We were scheduled to fly to the Dominican Republic on 5th May 2020 and the flight was cancelled 2 weeks before so luckily I didn't pay the balancing payment of £2324.

We have booked many times with sunshine and not had a problem up until now .we are 4 pensioners who had our Holliday to Zante cancelled on the 29th of April due to fly on the 5th of June we recieved a £4 refund for hotel accommodation..we are still waiting for our flight refund which when I contacted tui they said that they had sent a credit voucher on the 20th may to sunshine ..Tui said they will give cash refund if sunshine contact them (easier said than done )and we are still waiting .. like every one else we are unable to contact them ..will never use them again ..

Alarm bells are ringing !! Like so many others questions are unanswered and ‘closed’ a generated email . Now due to travel in less than a fortnight, they have taken my final payment (so that system is working ok ) but cannot get any contact at all.
