A PROFORMA INVOICE IS DHL'S JOB TO COLLECT OR CREATE WITH THE SHIPPER WHEN THEY PICK UP THE PARCEL AND IT IS WHAT I PAID THEM TO DO! According to them, my package doesn't exist.I was home, all day you lying sh!tbags! So unless Santa is delivering it by supersonic speed, it will not arrive...My package was supposed to arrive within 5 days.

I ordered a package from London and it was shipped to a facility in Los Angeles which is very close to where I live. I live 2 minutes off of the interstate, I am within 100 feet from the road and UPS FedEx and USPS deliver here regularly. Delivery was meant for last Friday, nada, delivery again today and now they decide to tell me when I could've easily...i purchased something form massdrop "drop currently" at 12th of june and after 3 weeks is still telling me scanned into saccontainer This company is total SHIT after waiting on hold for 25 minutes i get hung up on and now they wont pick up f%@king cocksucking shit heads!...DHL is so garabage. The nearest DHL Distribution Center to the Hanes origination site is Raleigh, NC which would have been only 115 miles away. I find it absolutely amazing how goddamned incompetent and poorly run a company can be... Un-f%@king-real...A few times, have bought stuff from Germany (ebay mostly) to California, and always the same dodgy tracking. I'm still waiting for a call back from their customer service (2+ hours and counting). I will keep in mind that the DHL shipment shipped later and is already in my state which I guess is good but will very vague on the place and time of shipment...DHL Delivery Has to be Late. Then when I go to a different page on DHL's website, the tracking number is valid but then it shows that my package is in Vietnam. Not happy with DHL or the company I ordered with. What does the tracking mean? but wow DHL opened my eyes to what crazy operation this business is running. Asking for help is even a worse nightmare. So if it was shipped DHL should have it by now. It's a real crapshoot, and DHL is the only one that seems to have this issue. Ordered something from India on Jan 6, 2020. No exaggeration. NEVER AGAIN. Tracking didn't update for 3 days, then when it did, it provided only the information "EN ROUTE", with no location provided. Now, it is 10:00am the next day... still at the facility and now the estimated delivery date is "unavailable". And, to make matters worse, they keep changing the damn delivery date so I keep having to change my damn plans to sit at hme all day to wait for the damn package.
