It was put right and the service charge was deducted but this wasn't the evening we wanted. There is not music playing and there is quite a peaceful vibe to it, however, I am sure when it is full in the evenings it has a more bustling feel to it, I personally would have liked some quiet background music but it did not make me enjoy the experience any less. We wrote to complain only to be sent back list of excuses and that it was our fault because we did not complain at the time ( obviously 80th birthdays don't come around often so not want to make worse on the day and create a scene) still awaiting 2nd response from the Head Office ???
