Can you please tell me what could be improved, so that I can work on it ?I can't think of anything, except maybe to get the word out that it exists!I'm using the Run activity, but it could be improved with specific soccer specs.

I don't run with my device in my hand and would rely on audio - as with most people.There are training plans but I cannot confirm that the intervals in these relate to the app itself (as I have not started a specific plan yet) - but these types of training plans are readily available all over the internet.The lack of this basic feature, which I believe other apps do have, will be my reason for looking elsewhere and I am sure a lot of others will agree.Just google searched this topic ahead of my plan for intervals tomorrow and found this - looks like I'll have to improvise.Runkeeper has an excellent interval timer. Totally agree.
