If you order an entree months ago and come back again the flavor wont change. We eat at Fred's often basically because the food tastes good and constantly the same. My wife and FIL had the baked spaghetti served with a nice salad and garlic bread.

Wood oven fougasse. Pizza was a little greasy, but tasted great. Our waitress was quickly friendly and helpful. So many choices, service was nonstop. The only downside , which is actually good, is that this restaurant doesn't serve beer and etc.This was some of the best pizzas i have ate in a long time. It was the Friday before Christmas so the place was crawling with hungry people. Our philosophy is old world cooking that speaks to the seasons - this is reflected by Fred's changing daily menu.
