I contacted Collect+ on their Live Chat & told them this, only to be told that they had looked at the tracking system & it wasn’t displaying anything & that I needed to take my parcel to the store! Amount of sale to charity explained.
This was even less clearly stated (or not stated at all) on the website when I first used their service. I posted my 1st bag of 13 items on 17th June & received an e mail from Thrift+ on 23rd June to say it’d arrived.

I only found out about the charge when I received an email informing me of this, long after my bags of clothes had been sent to them. If a bag is lost then the customer should receive 100% of the compensation, Thrift keeping a % is shocking. And the best part great for the environment as it’s recycling with an added bonus of the charity donation everyone gains this is such a great idea! You save a LOT of money, items come as described and you’re helping charities whilst being more sustainable. Avoid this company.
