If a bag is lost then the customer should receive 100% of the compensation, Thrift keeping a % is shocking. And the best part great for the environment as it’s recycling with an added bonus of the charity donation everyone gains this is such a great idea! You save a LOT of money, items come as described and you’re helping charities whilst being more sustainable. Avoid this company.
