Has a nice pucker punch to it.I made this recipe but I added fresh lemon balm and mint to it and left it to step for 10 minutes before topping it with cold water. Why hot water? You should add more lemon juice.I tried this using lime juice instead of lemon because its what we had in the fridge and this made a very tasty glass of limeaid!
