No COVID restrictions were being followed or enforced. Four of those are couples rooms, two are hydrotherapy rooms and two are Vichy shower rooms. The other guests seemed to be enjoying themselves and in positive spirits.

Staff was wonderful?Spa had limited availability. We did the ghost tour and it was fun. You're bill needs to be cut and dry with no surprises. The spa, pools, grotto and restaurants all make this a nice spot for a luxe getaway. It was definitely pricey- almost $400 including gratuity, but I thought it was wonderful for a special occasion. You'd think the first thing they'd do is welcome us and tell us about the things that would make this place an experience. One lady had 6 kids running from pool to hot tub while we were there trying to get away from kids.

STAY AWAY. There we could hop in the hot tub, steam shower, sauna, steam sauna or polar plunge shower. Manager was typical a hole.We had a horrible experience atThe Elms Hotel a couple weeks ago. We checked in, went straight to our small room and cancelled the second night.
The same with the bedsheets, they weren't soft. The most recent of renovations and improvements at the Elms Spa came in 2012, bringing the number of treatment rooms to 14. The worst part was the constant Nasty Smell in the place. The housekeeping staff are using new equipment and cleaning supplies. The Elms is a historic gem and you are absolutely right there are also some really great areas to visit around the city. The superb customer service. There was no privacy! Only one accessible plug-in in the room.

With the spa treatment we were able to take advantage of the "Grotto". Some: refrigerators, microwaves.sauna, hot tub, steamroom, bicycles, lawn sports, exercise room, spa.airport transportation, room service, area transportation-within 5 mi. Only visited for the spa and got two services. Everyone was required to wear masks in the hotel and hand sanitizer stations were placed throughout the hotel by the stairs, doorways, and by the elevator. Until then we will probably forgo our future visits. The spa was so quiet and relaxing with a romantic feel.

The hotel was FULL when we stayed. We went down when they opened and got a grotto pass for my husband so he could hang out during my facial. We enjoyed the 5 course meal that allowed us to try several new things that we've never experienced.

Much needed 2 days away from the kids. The spa and pool are great! Rooms are embellished with soft colors and quality materials.
