After you pass through a tunnel of several rooms, hug the wall on the left and swim down to find a door. A platform will spring out, knocking the box off its track and ready to be moved around freely.Drag the box near the ladder to the left. A shockwave will hit when the arm is at the top and again when the arm is at the bottom. Head to the right. There's a launch box all the way to the right and a button right next to it. The fun begins once both boxes are stacked. This may take two or three boosts depending on your accuracy.
